This large painting was created by fourth graders at Tuscarora School. It represents the foods of the Iroquois. The central area shows the corn, beans, and squash which are known as the "Three Sisters" crops. They are planted together so that each may benefit from the other. Above the crops is a deer which also represents a traditional food of the Tuscarora people.
